When can I receive my products?

Our standard delivery is between 2-4 working days in Sweden, while in other Nordic countries its around 5-7 working days. Please note that during the high season and peak sales period, the delivery of your package may take longer.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We will start processing your order as soon as possible and if the order is placed in morning it will be shipped same day. If you like to change your order, please send email to info@gparmart.com with replacement of product. If the product is available we will send otherwise the order can be cancelled.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
If you wish to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your products. Please send email to info@gparmart.com
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within a short time after it is completed and place a new order instead. Please send email to info@gparmart.com

How to report complaints about products?
Unfortunately, it happens that a shipment arrives damaged or that something is missing from the delivery. If products are damaged we will provide free replacement. Please send email to info@gparmart.com
WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS OF PRODUCT?
Returning products, you need to buy postage stamps and send to our address. We do not offer free shipping.
